I was really surprised by this product. I have fine, thin, color & lightened hair, that is frizzy because it is naturally curly. It is difficult to find a product that won't weight it down like most silicone, dimethicone product does. I really liked this, I liked Alterna forever though. I knew I would like it. Great product. I would buy it and recommend it as well.

I alternate this with Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Treatment. Both work the same way and alternating keeps my hair from getting used to one product. I don't think it's any better than LP Perfect Hair Day but just as good.
