Hmmm, I seem to get so many black eyeliners and now a black eye shadow (eeks) and while I don't mind a black mascara (do prefer brown) the eyeliner and now shadow just don't do it for me! For one I am an older woman with blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes...I used to use it in the 80's more for shock value then anything else! It always made me look to harsh and rough...I watch how other blondes (even older) wear it and I find that so many look phenomenal with it but for me it is anything but stunning! If anyone gets an eye shadow/eye liner in boring browns or neutrals I would be more than happy to do a trade with you!!!

Why black?

I don't think I will get much use out of this black shadow. I have plenty of eyeliners so using it as a wet eyeliner will not be of much use. I really wish they would have sent out a more user-friendly color, as the product looks like it could be nice. While it's nice that Glossybox sends out a lot of full-sized products, what use is it if I can't put it to use?
